The Moto X Force is the international release version of what is known in the USA as the Droid Turbo 2 which lacks a good slow motion mode in itself. However there is a big rumor that the international version will have a 240fps 720p slow motion mode.

The Moto X has kind of always suffered from a mid range hardware complex; overall pretty good but never has had a high end feel to the feature set compared to rivals like the iPhone and the Samsung Galaxy Series. If the latest Moto X rumors of the phone for 2015 refresh are to be believed the camera on the Moto X 2015 might go punch to punch with the best around while at the same time offer even more with slow motion features that rival the iPhone 6 in some cases and beat it in others.
As with any rumors you should take them with a grain of salt, however with the looming release date said to be Tuesday of next week, it could all be accurate. However no promises.
Fastec Imaging known for very capable but very expensive high speed cameras for scientific and video production/cinema has announced a new camera based on the same TS3-TS4 Cine platform they initially released a few years back at NAB which has been extremely popular for rental and ownership.
The camera is called the Fastec TS5-H which is an upgrade from previous TS cameras as it delivers full HD performance with a newly developed sensor at speeds up to 634fps at 1080p. 720p on the other hand delivers 943fps which is very close to the 1000fps realm that is almost negligible. It also captures footage at faster fps at even lower resolutions.
