Panasonic GH5 Updated New Specs

The Panasonic GH4 still is a very popular camera for enthusiasts, film makers and mirror-less fans.  It is one of the few high quality consumer priced cameras that shoot 4k still today two years after it’s introduction.  It is a tall order to improve on it sufficiently to warrant current owners to upgrade in droves and make long time Canon, Nikon or Sony owners witch to the Lumix Micro 4/3ds platform. BEST SLOW MOTION CAMERAS OF 2016!

BEST SLOW MOTION CAMERAS

The end of 2016 is upon us and now it is time to look back across the year and see what delivered in affordable slow motion gear.  While many cameras had higher frame rates, only a few really shined and delivered on the promise of offering HD quality and higher than normal frames per second “fps” at an attractive price point.

Many promised lots of performance and didn’t deliver and some have yet to ship which means they will not be counted in the running. Only cameras that are shipping and fully available are being considered for this list. Galaxy Note 7 Slow Motion Samples!

Galaxy Note 7

As expected the Galaxy Note 7 was announced this week and has the same camera specs as the most popular flagship phone from Samsung the Galaxy S7.  It does have some new tricks up it’s sleeve aside from the customary S Pen. It has for the first time in a Samsung phone an Iris scanner for security unlocking and now USB Type C which many phones already sport.

It is basically a Galaxy S7 Edge with a larger screen, a pen and an Iris Scanner with IP68 Water resistance.  We would not take it in the ocean but should withstand moderate immersion and or splashes. This may be the best Note phone yet but it is also the most uneventful in the line since most if it’s specs are already present in the S7 line.  The Note phones used to be about the most forward looking specs, this time around Samsung stuck with the proven  formula of the S7 which is the #1 Selling Android phone for 2016. → Continue Reading Full Post ←
